It’s a New Covenant

The New Covenant is the essential context for an understanding of Grace. We are now living in the realm of the Government of the Holy Spirit. The Old Covenant is obsolete (Hebrews) and is not relevant in the life of the believer. If we bring back Old Covenant regulations into the Grace “mix”, we neutralize Grace. Presence is Delicious!

I love a good coffee in the morning! It’s more than just being attracted to the aroma, and flavor of quality coffee. It’s more than caffeine’s ‘wake-up’ call, though, if I am honest, I will admit to being happy with the ‘increasing glow’ of its influence. It’s the ambiance, the “feel-good”, and the “presence” it brings.

Do we need another Reformation?

It would be wonderful to think that GRACE is revolutionary on its own. It certainly came over that way when first presented in the New Testament. Jesus’ death and resurrection, and the coming of the Holy Spirit paved the way for the introduction of Grace. All believers in Jesus are made righteous without the need for Law. Radical? A Reformation? You bet! Grace ‘got up the noses’ of the religious folk, and still does!

UnfailingGrace – the New Covenant Revolution

UnfailingGrace is all about the promotion of New Covenant Grace and the empowered life we live loved and accepted by God. Grace is so radical that it offends those who want to add their good deeds to the faith that brings righteousness. We are saved through faith in Jesus alone. Grace is the empowering presence of God that comes through the in-filling of the Holy Spirit. We can only be accepted by God through Grace alone, and He is able to not only declare us righteous (justification) but also make us righteous (sanctification), all through Faith.

Key Points About Grace – 2

There is much to cover, but here are a few key points about Grace I want present. All these following points are presented in strength in the New Testament and I believe they represent (not exhaustively) a Kingdom belief system. I will spend time writing about what I see as very clear New Testament teaching about the complete end of the Old Covenant, the end of the Law because of Jesus, and what living as empowered believers in the New Covenant might be like.
